ISQSH - Irish Society for Quality and Safety in Healthcare

Noel Harrington is the Executive Officer for The European Society for Quality in Healthcare (ESQH). He runs the Secretariat, which is based in Limerick. His chief responsibilities are administration, organisation and communications. Noel is editor of the ESQH e-Newsletter and website, he organises ESQH meetings and workshops and looks after their administrative and financial affairs. His particular interests lie in the equality of access to healthcare, and in patient involvement in their own treatment process.
