Become Active in Healthcare

Remember: 'Don't lose your voice, exercise is regularly!'

If you are a healthcare service user, you can help the ISQSH by becoming an active participant in your own healthcare. There are lots of different ways to get involved. You can provide feedback on your experience, start asking questions and become more engaged with your healthcare providers or complete one of the ISQSH's surveys if you have been an inpatient in the last 12 months. If you would like any more information please let us know. You can contact us at or by clicking here >>

Patient Feedback

Patient Feedback is of great interest to the ISQSH. If you would like to share your experience or your story with us, you can call us to tell us about your experience or you can request a copy of our survey. If you prefer, you can complete a survey over the telephone. All information will be dealt with in confidence.

Taking account of patients' views is vital for bringing about improvements in the quality of care in services... and everyone benefits!

There are a number of ways for you to contact us:
