Do you support or disapprove of the use of medicinal cannabis?

The Irish Medical News publised an article on this current topic in their issue of July 16th. There has been a good bit of publicity in the past eight months about the use of various cannabis based medicinal drugs in the treatment of pain in certain patients, particularly Sativex for MS sufferers and perhaps in later stage cancer sufferers too(depending on the findings of further trials).
